WILL WE PRACTICE ON REAL PATIENTS?
Unfortunately, it is not an appropriate setting to practice on real subjects, but our workshop does give you a good foundation for starting out. We encourage our participants to gain real time experience by partnering with a more experienced practitioner when starting out.
THIS WORKSHOP SEEMS EXPENSIVE...
Some of the skills gained in our workshops are considered to be cosmetic rather than covered by the health care system. This small initial investment can help practitoners gain finacially for years to come. Also... we don't want to be stingy with our consumable practice supplies!
DO YOU ONLY TAKE NPS?
We take NPs, NP students, Physicians, PAs, and some RNs who may be working in more remote areas at an expanded scope.
CME CREDITS?
These workshops are well researched and evidence-based but they are not officially accredited. These workshops were designed for NPs and they do not require CME for continuing education requirements.
WHEN IS THE NEXT WORKSHOP?
Sometimes there is a lag in publishing dates for our upcoming workshops. Colleen and Meagan are both clinical NPs and sometimes coordinating dates can be tricky. The best course of action is to be added to our mail out list. We will only email you with upcoming dates or new workshop offerings!
